It's convenient (obviously) to do this at a kiosk while shopping for groceries. My keys arrived in the mail, with some barbs on them because they weren't filed smoothly. But the barbs came off as I started using them. I think overall they're good. I might have preferred to get keys from a local business but COVID times call for COVID measures (ie social distancing).

I tried to make the copy at the keyme kiosk in Safeway, but my orders been canceled two times. I really don't know what the problem. I am really confused about it.

Key copy was perfect, fairly quick but expensive at $8.60ish.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Finally a key making service that is accurate 100%. I used to stress making them. I used to make them at the local hardware store n 9 times out of 10 they would'nt work. The last time I had it - I had to return 5 times and they were actually going to try again!! I screamed NOOOOO! Give me my money back and the half day I lost with you guys. Then I found Key Me. W=hat a relief!

This little vending machine is magical. It copied my garage key (small/specialty key) with no problem. Arrived a few days later in my mailbox. Just be sure to take the key off the keyring and insert it all the way so it's scanned properly. Will use again!
